- Western Blot: DDX5 Antibody [NB200-351] - Detection of DDX5 in whole cell lysates from HeLa (5, 15, 50 ug), 293 (T; 50 ug), and MCF7 (M; 50 ug), and K562 (K; 50 ug) for WB (A) and HeLa (1 mg) for IP (B). Antibodies: NB 200-351 used at 0.04 ug/ml for WB (A & B) and at 3 ug/ml lysate for IP (B). DDX5 was also immonuprecipitated with NB 200-350 used at 3 ug/ml lysate. Detection: ECL 30 seconds.

- Immunoprecipitation: DDX5 Antibody [NB200-351] - Detection of human DDX5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDX5 antibody NB200-351 (lot NB200-351-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. DDX5 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB200-351-1) and another rabbit anti-DDX5 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated DDX5, NB200-351 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
