- Untreated (¡V) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (50 ?g) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with SNAI1 antibody (GTX125918) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (#3879) diluted at 1:1000.
