Western Blot using SNAIL Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119607). Untreated (–) and treated (+) Hela whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SNAIL Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119607) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
