- Western blot analysis from lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 10 ng/mL recombinant human TGF-ß1 for 2 hours. Gels were loaded with 30 µg of whole cell lysate (WCL) and 10 µg of nuclear extracts (Nuc). PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human IRF2BP1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47877) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for IRF2BP1 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IRF2BP1 in immersion fixed 293T human embryonic kidney cell line. Samples were incubated in IRF2BP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47877) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei and cytoplasm.
