- Coimmunoprecipitation of p-Akt or p-MEK1/2 and human GSTO1-1. The cell lysates were employed for immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunoblotting (IB). IP was performed using anti-phospho-Akt, anti-phospho-MEK1/2 antibody or anti-human GSTO1 antibody. IB with anti-human GSTO1, anti-phospho-Akt, or anti-phospho-MEK1/2 antibody was then performed on membranes to which the cell proteins had been transferred. The membranes were then stripped and re-probed with the respective IP antibody to show loading. Con. is nontreated control cells, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) cells were treated with 1 mug/mL LPS, and ML175 cells were treated with 1 muM ML175 for 10 minutes
