Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Senataxin antibody (Product # A301-105A; lot A301-105A-4) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Detection of human Senataxin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Senataxin antibody A301-105A (lot A301-105A-3) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Senataxin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Senataxin antibody A301-104A. For blotting immunoprecipitated Senataxin, A301-105A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Senataxin was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A301-105A-3) and rabbit recombinant monoclonal anti-Senataxin antibody (Product # A700-050). For blotting immunoprecipitated Senataxin, Product # A301-105A was used at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
