- MA5-15524 targets REG1A in indirect ELISA, IF and IHC applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-15524 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human REG1A fused with hIgGFc tag expressed in HEK293 cell line. MA5-15524 detects REG1A which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 19kDa.
