- Immunocytochemistry analysis of DENR in HeLa cells. Fixation was performed with 4% paraformaldehyde and the cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. Sample was probed with a DENR monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24740) using a dilution of 1:25, followed by Dylight 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG using a dilution of 1:200. Dylight 554 (1:100) and DAPI were used to counterstain cytoplasmic actin and cell nuclei, respectively.
