- Western blot analysis of cell lysate of HeLa (30 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with UNG monoclonal antibody , clone k1C12 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1099). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
