- Detection of Human POT1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and 293T human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human POT1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5299) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for POT1 at approximately 71 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
