- Detection of Human IRF1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human IRF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4830) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for IRF1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
