- Immunohistochemistry analysis of Kir5.1 in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue. Samples were heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0-8.4, 20 minutes) and blocked in 5% BSA (30 min, room temperature), incubated with Kir5.1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109342) at a dilution of 1:200 (30 min, room temperature), and followed by HRP conjugate, DAB and hematoxylin (mounted with DPX).
