Western blot analysis of Anti-SMO antibody (LS-B4911, 1:500 dilution; 30 µg of protein per lane). Lane 1: HUVEC cell lysates. Antibody produced band at ~86 kDa. Lane 2: HUVEC cell lysates, antibody blocked with synthesized peptide. No Band produced with blocking.
