- Immunofluorescent analysis of KCNT1 in human HaCaT cells. Sample was fixed with 100% cold methanol (10 minutes at -20°C), incubated with KCNT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27609) using a dilution of 1:100 (1 hour at RT), and followed by FITC Goat Anti-Mouse (green) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:50 (1 hour at RT).

Sample was fixed with Bouin's fixative solution, incubated with KCNT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27609) using a dilution of 1:100 (1 hour at RT), and followed by FITC Goat Anti-Mouse (green) (1 hour at RT) at a dilution of 1:50.
