- Immunoprecipitation: RNA Polymerase II/POLR2A Antibody [NBP2-32080] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNA Polymerase II antibody NBP2-32080 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. RNA Polymerase II was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RNA Polymerase II antibody BL16638. For blotting immunoprecipitated RNA Polymerase II, NBP2-32080 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Chromatin isolated from one 15 cm plate of HeLa cells was immunoprecipitated with 8.0 ug of anti-RNA polymerase II antibodies and PCR amplified.
