- Syntenin 1 antibody detects Syntenin 1 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 ?g) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Syntenin 1 antibody (GTX108470) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
