This Histone H3 acetyl Lys18 antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (1:500 - 1:2,000 dilution) and immunofluorescence (1:100 - 1:500 dilution).It has also been reported to work in chromatin immunoporecipitation (ChIP) using 4 µl per ChIP on chromatin derived from 5 x 106 cells (see the reference Ferrari et al, 2008).
