- TIE1 Polyclonal Antibody detects TIE1 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 µg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TIE1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27903) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-TIE1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27903) and a 130 kDa and 40 kDa band corresponding to Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Tie-1 was observed in endothelial cell lines like HUVEC and HAEC but not in others. An uncharacterised band (*) at ~75 kDa was also detected across the cell lines. Whole cell extracts (40 µg lysate) of HAEC (Lane 1), HUVEC (Lane 2), HCT 116 (Lane 3), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 4) and Caco-2 (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:10000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
