- Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DNA Polymerase zeta also known as hREV3 and REV3-like whose expression can be detected in the whole body ubiquitously. It is found in the nucleus. It can perform various functions like DNA-dependent DNA replication. This protein lacks an intrinsic 3'-5' exonuclease activity and thus has no proofreading function but has a catalytic subunit of the DNA polymerase zeta complex, an error-prone polymerase specialized in translation DNA synthesis (TLS).
