Experimental details

AANAT in COS7 and 1E7 cells detected by ICC.. Cells were grown on two-well chamber slides and fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde; 1E7 cells treated with FSK for 3 h (two magnifications). COS, COS7 cells treated with FSK for 3 h. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
