- Immunoprecipitation: Cbx2 Antibody [NBP1-40342] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBX2 antibody used for IP at 10 mcg/mg lysate. CBX2 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-CBX2 antibody which recognizes an upstream epitope.

- Immunoprecipitation: Cbx2 Antibody [NBP1-40342] - Detection of human CBX2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBX2 antibody NBP1-40342 (lot NBP1-40342-3) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CBX2 was also immunoprecipitated by previous lots of this antibody (lots NBP1-40342-1 and NBP1-40342-2). For blotting immunoprecipitated CBX2, NBP1-40342 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

- Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing: Cbx2 Antibody [NBP1-40342] - Localization of CBX2 Binding Sites by ChIP-sequencing. Chromatin from K562 cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-CBX2 antibody NBP1-40342 and analyzed by DNA sequencing. The figure illustrates the peak distribution of CBX2 binding within a 1.5 Mb region of chromosome 1 as detected using anti-CBX2 antibody NBP1-40342. ChIP-seq validation performed by Diogenode, Denville, NJ.
