Description

Rosmantuzumab is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting R-spondin 3 (RSPO3). It neutralizes RSPO3, a protein that enhances Wnt/¦Â-catenin signaling by binding to LGR receptors and stabilizing RNF43/ZNRF3. It is being developed for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly colorectal and pancreatic cancers where aberrant RSPO3-Wnt signaling drives tumor growth.
