Sts-1 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of histiocytic elements in cytoplasm of human tonsil at 20x and 40x (B & C) using rabbit anti- Sts-1 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # A09570) at 4 μg/mL. The immunohistochemical section was developed using SABC method (Catalog # SA1022).
