- Western blot analysis of ABCB8 was performed by loading Lane1: Hela cell lysate (20µg), Lane2: HepG2 cell (20µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a ABCB8 antibody (Product # PA5-49697) at a 1/500 dilution for 1 minute, followed by Donkey anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/3000 dilution.
