Experimental details

Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Carbonic Anhydrase III/CA3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human, mouse, and rat skeletal muscle tissue and heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/ Rat Carbonic Anhydrase III/CA3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2185) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for Carbonic Anhydrase III/CA3 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
