- Detection of human USP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-USP1 antibody A301-700A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. USP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-USP1 antibodies A301-698A and A301-699A, which recognize upstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated USP1, A301-699A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
