- Description
- Polyclonal antibody for DBI detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC/IF, FCM. Reactive species: Human. DBI information: Molecular Weight: 10044 MW; Subcellular Localization: Endoplasmic reticulum . Golgi apparatus . Golgi localization is dependent on ligand binding (PubMed:17953517); Tissue Specificity: Isoform 1 is ubiquitous, with a moderate expression level. Isoform 2 is ubiquitous with high level in liver and adipose tissue. Isoform 3 is ubiquitous with strong expression in adipose tissue and heart.

- Experimental details
- IHC analysis of DBI using anti-DBI antibody (A01267). DBI was detected in paraffin-embedded section of human placenta tissues. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1μg/ml rabbit anti-DBI Antibody (A01267) overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
