- Western Blot: IL-33 Antibody (6H617) [NBP2-27333] - Analysis of IL-33 using IL-33 monoclonal antibodyin A) HUVEC cell lysate at 10 ug/mL and B) partial recombinant IL-33 (amino acids 112-270) at 1 ug/mL. Goat anti-mouse Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.

- Flow Cytometry: IL-33 Antibody (6H617) [NBP2-27333] - Analysis of IL-33. Jurkat cells (0.5 x 10^6) were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug of mouse IgG1 isotype control (green) or purified IL-33 antibody (Clone 6H617; red). This antibody and an anti-mouse IgG PE conjugated secondary antibody were used.

- Flow Cytometry: IL-33 Antibody (6H617) [NBP2-27333] - An intracellular stain was performed on Jurkat cells with IL-33 (6H617) antibody NBP2-27333PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Phycoerythrin.
