- Flow Cytometry: BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B Antibody (8F10) [NBP1-97618] - HEK 293T cells were mock transfected (thin line) or transfected with an expression plasmid enabling surface expression of the extracellular domain of mouse TACI (thick line). Cells (5 x 10^5) were incubated on ice for 30 min in 50 ul FACS buffer (PBS, 5% Fetal calf serum, 0.02% azide) containing 1ug/ml of rat anti-mTACI 8F10 MAb. After washing in FACS buffer, R-PE-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added. Cells were incubated on ice for 30 min, washed and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
