- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TNFSF13B Antibody (Buffy-2) [NBP1-97622] - Staining of paraffin section of synovial tissue from a patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Arrows indicate vessels (20x) staining positive for BAFF using Buffy-2. Method: Tissues are in paraffin sections. Sections are de-waxed and rehydrated, then cooked. Sections are stained in wet boxes, rehydrated and finally prepared as coverslip slides using Eukitt solution.

- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B Antibody (Buffy-2) [NBP1-97622] - Human skin with marked lymphocyte infiltration. Lymphocytes and lymphatic vessels were membranous or cytoplasmic positive for BAFF. Nuclei of keratinocytes were also stained. Buffy2 (working dilution 2ug/mL). detected with Leica BOND Refine polymer (DAB) kit. Rabbit ant-rat IgG+M as a linker antibody pretreatment: basic solution (BOND ER2).
