- Western blot analysis of BAFF in mouse and human lysates. Samples were incubated in BAFF polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41266) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. Lane A: mouse testis, Lane B: mouse thymus, Lane C: mouse spleen, and Lane D: HL-60 cells (human). PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
