Experimental details

Total cell lysate from THP-1 cells untreated (lane 1) or treated (lane 2) with 20 ng/mL PMA for 72 hours and 1 µg/mL LPS for 24 hours were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-DDX58 (clone 9F1B20) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary (cat#405306) conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
