- Western Blot analysis of SCN2A was performed in rat brain (lanes 1 and 3) and mouse brain (lanes 2 and 4) membranes. Lane 1,2: SCN2A Antibody (Product # PA5-111803) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lane 3,4: SCN2A Antibody preincubated with the negative control antigen.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of SCN2A in perfusion-fixed, frozen rat paraventricular nucleus tissue sections using SCN2A Antibody (Product # PA5-111803) at a dilution of 1:2000 and a MTNR1B Antibody. A) MTNR1B staining (red) (arrows). B) The same section labeled for NaV1.2 (green). C) Merge of A and B demonstrates partial co-localization of MTNR1B and NaV1.2 in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN).
