- Western Blot analysis of LZK was performed by separating 30 µg of Whole cell extracts by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a LZK Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78279) at a dilution of 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

- LZK Polyclonal Antibody detects MAP3K13 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: NT2D1 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: MAP3K13 protein stained by LZK Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78279) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
