- Polyclonal antibody for OPA1 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC/IF, FCM. Reactive species: Human. OPA1 information: Molecular Weight: 111631 MW; Subcellular Localization: Mitochondrion inner membrane ; Single-pass membrane protein . Mitochondrion intermembrane space ; Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in retina. Also expressed in brain, testis, heart and skeletal muscle. Isoform 1 expressed in retina, skeletal muscle, heart, lung, ovary, colon, thyroid gland, leukocytes and fetal brain. Isoform 2 expressed in colon, liver, kidney, thyroid gland and leukocytes. Low levels of all isoforms expressed in a variety of tissues.

- Concentration
- Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
- Storage
- At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20°C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
