- beta Lactoglobulin antibody detects Beta lactoglobulin protein by western blot analysis. Non-fat milk (0.1 ?g and 0.05 ?g) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with beta Lactoglobulin antibody (GTX77272) diluted by 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
