- Western blot analysis of HOXD8 in T98G cell lysate in the 1) pre-bleed at 1:5000 dilution 2) T98G cell lysate and 3) NIH 3T3 cell lysate using AP21893PU-N at 7 µg/ml. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
