Description

This is a humanized antibody that binds to and inhibits the activity of human FPN1. The mAb 3D8, having the human heavy and light chain frameworks, VH1-69 and O2, respectively, is generated from an affinity matured antibody derived form of the mouse antibody 34A9. 3D8 demonstrated a KD for human FPN1 of about 3.4 nM as determined by SPR at 37¡ã C.
