Paridiprubart (also known as EB05 or NI-0101) is a humanized IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically targets Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), a key pattern-recognition receptor of the innate immune system. As an IgG1 isotype, it may engage immune effector functions. By binding with high affinity to TLR4, it blocks the receptor¡¯s interaction with both endogenous danger-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and microbial pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs, e.g., bacterial lipopolysaccharide, LPS).
