Description

MA1-26934 detects p105 from human samples. MA1-26934 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin and frozen sections), and Western blot procedures. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections require pepsin or trypsin digestion prior to staining. The MA1-26934 immunogen is activated peripheral blood nuclei. The molecular weight of p105 is 105 kDa for the dimeric form and 41 kDa for the monomeric form.
