MEDI-570 (anti-ICOS) (Ab183458) - Flow Cytometry Flow Cytometry analysis of unstimulated (left) or 500 ng/mL Ionomycin (I139530) and 10 ng/mL PMA (P408905) co-stimulated (right) Jurkat cells labelling ICOS (red) with MEDI-570 (anti-ICOS) (Ab183458) at 0.1 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Human IgG (PE) (Ab175838) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
