- HL-60 cells were treated with human IFNγ recombinant protein (570202) at 10 ng/ml for 16 hours. The untreated cells were used as the negative control. Cell lysates from control cells and the hIFNγ treated cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with mouse anti-AIM2 antibody (clone 3B10). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
