- Western blot analysis of WNT6 in 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 10% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with WNT6 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47097) using a dilution of 1:5,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
