Western blot analysis of Phospho-beta Catenin (Ser33, Ser37) in recombinant fusion protein containing 1) phosphorylated serine residues at positions 33 and 37 and 2) unphosphorylated serine residues at positions 33 and 37. Samples were incubated in Phospho-beta Catenin (Ser33, Ser37) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23354) using a dilution of 0.25 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
