- MDCK cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 1:500 Monoclonal Anti-£]-Catenin Clone: 6F9 (Cat. No. GTX26300). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Atto-488 conjμgate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
