- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts of MKN45 (Lane 1), SK-OV-3 (Lane 2), A-431 (Lane 3), THP-1 (Lane 4), COS-7 (Lane 5) and A549 (Lane 6). The blot was probed with Anti-SGPP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-42767, 2 µg/ml) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 35 kDa band corresponding to SGPP2 was observed across the cell lines tested.
