Monoclonal mouse antibody (clone MC5-HA, IgM fraction) anti-human collagen type V. Binds Human Collagen type V in native conformation as well as heat denatured human collagen type V in RIA, ELISA and immunoblot assays. The antibody does not react with other collagen types I, II, III, and IV. Human plasma proteins do not interfere with binding to collagen. Purification by PEG-6000 precipitation and purification by gel chromatography
