- MA1-06812 detects reticulon-1A(NSP-A) in human, mouse, hamster, and rat samples. MA1-06812 has sucessfully been used in Western blotting, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry procedures. By Western blot it detects a ~135 kDa band representing reticulon-1A. The MA1-06812 immunogen is a partially purified bacterially expressed reticulon-1A (NSP-A) hybrid protein.
