- MA1-06815 detects reticulon-1C(NSP-C) in human, porcine, and rat samples. MA1-06815 has sucessfully been used in flow cytometry, Western blotting, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry procedures. By Western blot it detects a ~23 kDa band representing reticulon-1C. The MA1-06815 immunogen is a synthetic peptide encompassing the unique 20 N-terminal amino acid sequence of reticulon-1C.
