Experimental details: Immunohistochemistry analysis of KLHL12 in paraffin-embedded section of human liver cancer tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0, epitope retrieval solution). The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were incubated with KLHL12 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143992) using a dilution of 2 μg/mL overnight at 4°C.
